Dear family and friends,
This week was super good. I got my hair cut for 8 euros on Tuesday night by this Moroccan guy in the bottom of his media shop. It was great and he actually did a really good job! I mean he didn't speak English, or Dutch but he was a bro and hooked me up with a pretty solid hair cut.

Most of the first part of our week was taken up by planning for our zone training which was on Wednesday morning. It went pretty well. Elder Thornock and I worked together to train on Compstudie. It was sick. We covered some good stuff and hopefully the zone was inspired and uplifted and will have solid compstudies for at least the next week. Our zone lunch was cruesli which was lekker and we got this nice zone pic (shown below).
On Thursday we had a lesson with this guy named Diri, one of the guys who just showed up to church last week, and that was sick. He told us his whole story and we were able to share the message of the Restored gospel with him which was coo. We'll go see him again Tuesday and he said he'd read in the Book of Mormon and Restoration pamphlet before we came back. He's had drug problems a lot in the past but he really wants to change. He was so sincere and willing to accept help and make some changes in his life. It was a very uplifting lesson.
On Saturday I turned 20 and got to celebrate with Oma Buntin! It was great. I mean we go there every Saturday but this time was special. I got to help her make johnny cakes (mini fried dough things) and we made her laugh and it was fun. She isn't very good with names but she remembers I'm from Wisconsin so she calls me Wisconsy. I love Oma B!
I love being a missionary and am so thankful to be here in the Netherlands serving my Heavenly Father and the people here for the next year. It's the best work there is. Everybody have a great week!
