Mission Week 25 - Now in Zwolle

Hoi.

Hey everybody. I'm in Zwolle now. It's been a pretty good first week. Zwolle is cool. Very European. Lots of white, Dutch people. A little bit different from Rotterdam. I was asked to bare my testimony at church on Sunday so that was awkward. Of course I forgot half of my Dutch and accidentally said "dankje wel" or "thank you" towards the end. Thank you for what? I don't know. I'm glad that's over with though. Nobody laughed at me I think so that's good at least.

We ride bikes a lot. It's nice. My bike is cool. We found it in the kelder (cellar/storage area) in Rotterdam. It's gears are broken and the back tire doesn't inflate all of the way but the front tire does and one of the brakes works so it's great! It's been fun getting used to having a wet butt and legs and everything. The rain is very nice. I'm super excited to work in Zwolle though. It'll be cool. Elder Childs is my Zone Leader again so that's sick. The ward is cool and the members are all super nice. 

Well it was a cool week. I'm sort of out of time. The library here closes at 6 so that's fun. I love being a missionary though. I'm super excited to work here in Zwolle with Elder Knaup. It's sick. I found a super cool quote from Confucius - "Our greatest glory lies not in never falling but in getting up every time we fall." That's a sick quote. I love how the Atonement allows us to do that. We all make mistakes, but because God loves us and Jesus Christ gave His life for us, we can repent and pick ourselves back up and keep on going. Love it.
