3 Nephi 12:15-16 -> "Behold, do men light a candle and put it under a bushel? Nay, but on a candlestick, and it giveth light to all that are in the house; Therefore let your light so shine before this people, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven."


Dear family and friends,

This week was super good. Nothing too eventful. On Thursday we had a great lesson with this investigator named Fahreen and her boyfriend who we just got back in contact with after they were very busy the whole summer. They are so cool! We shared the Plan of Salvation with them and they loved it. In the prayer at the end Fahreen's boyfriend (I'm spacing on his name right now) thanked God for the opportunity they had to meet with us and he thanked Him for answering to many questions that they have had for so long. They especially liked the part about eternal families. When we told them about that he was like, "haha we could be stuck together forever" and gave Fahreen a high five. They're a fun young couple and I'm excited to keep teaching them and learning from them. They both said that they would read in the Book of Mormon and pray about it and about our message. We closed by watching the Homeward Bound/BYU Vocal Point music video and they enjoyed that.

That's the biggest miracle from this week. It was very good overall. We also had a great lesson with Deng and got let inside by this Born Again Christian Pastor. He was super nice. Last night we had the most diverse dinner appointment ever. There were people from the Netherlands, America, England, Suriname, Mongolia, and Hong Kong. It was fun.
